She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading and Teaching English as a Second Language, and she graduated with honors — a clear indicator of her academic commitment and mastery of key educational principles. At Integrity School of the Arts, Chelsea teaches Language Arts, Science, and Writing & Grammar across multiple grade levels, demonstrating her versatility and deep understanding of core subjects critical to academic assessment.

Her professional background includes serving as a classroom teacher at Parker Street Ministries, working as a third-grade reading teacher in Polk County Public Schools, and providing focused support as a private reading-intervention tutor. These experiences have equipped her to evaluate student work thoughtfully, support individualized learning goals, and provide meaningful feedback—essential skills for reviewing homeschool portfolios and guiding students toward academic success.
