Dance

At Integrity, we believe that dance is a unique form of expression and can be a special way of worshiping God along with being a beautiful art form. In our dance program, students will experience different styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theater.

K4-K5 & 1st-2nd Grades

Students will also learn discipline and listening skills in a fun environment that is meant to captivate their attention. We will provide a space for healthy exercise that teaches them how to focus their energy in a productive yet engaging way.

3rd-4th & 5th-6th Grades

Students will focus on technique fundamentals, expressive movement, and choreography for the Spring Musical. The goal is for students to learn quality techniques while gaining more confidence in their own skin. By going through the history of each style of dance and the influential artists within them, each student gets a unique perspective on the importance of the performing arts. Who knows? Students may even find they have a passion for dance that supersedes the class time and ignites a dancing flame for a lifetime!

7th-8th & 9th-12th Grades

From Jazz to Swing, from Tap to Musical Theatre, this dance class values movement and technique in a fun and engaging way. Students will apply these steps and skills to the end of the year musical as well as other community performance opportunities and school competitions.
